張天悅,副研究員,2009年本科畢業于哈爾濱工業大學光信息科學與技術專業,同年保送至北京大學現代光學研究所直博,進行微納光子學及表面等離激元光子學方向的研究。2014年博士畢業在慕尼黑大學物理學系從事博士後研究。2016年進入暨南大學光子技術研究院工作,任副研究員。2023年加入伟德betvictor体育官网。
圍繞光學衍射極限這一核心科學問題,長期緻力于納米光學技術、光場調控、突破光學衍射極限的超分辨成像檢測方面的研究,研究成果在精密光學成像,集成光電子芯片高精度量檢測方面有着重要的應用前景。已發表SCI論文30餘篇,其中包括以第一作者或通訊作者發表在Nature Communications, Nano Letters, Advanced Optical Materials, Photonic Research等;主持和參與國家自然科學基金,廣東省科學基金等,獲授權發明專利3項。
主要研究方向
面向集成電路光電芯片的高分辨光學成像新原理和新技術,研究内容包括(1)半導體微納結構光學共振模式及特性研究;(2)微納結構光學非線性研究;(3)免标記光學遠場超分辨成像。
