李培剛，教授/博導，中國物理學會終身會員，中國物理學會固體缺陷專業委員會委員，北京市矽酸鹽學會理事，中關村寬禁帶半導體聯盟标準化委員會委員。2006年3月畢業于中國科學院物理研究所凝聚态物理專業，獲理學博士學位。2007年3月到2009年6月，作為洪堡學者（Humboldt Fellow）在德國于利希研究中心工作，2009年7月至2010年8月作為瑪麗居裡學者（Marie-Curie Fellow），在希臘激光與電子結構研究所和意大利技術研究所工作。2016年3月至2018年8月，作為訪問學者，在美國杜蘭大學物理系進行合作研究。主持國家自然科學基金面上項目，省自然科學基金，橫向課題等科研項目10餘項。發表或合作發表SCI收錄論文160餘篇，被引用近3000次。獲得授權發明專利20餘項。

1、功率半導體材料單晶制備和外延薄膜生長；2、功率半導體器件與功率集成；3、光電子集成器件及工藝；4、集成電路設計與應用。
